Welcome To Prep Commissary Kitchen
Prep Commissary Kitchen (Prep) is a shared-use commercial kitchen, conveniently located in Alta Sierra, one block off Hwy 49. We are licensed by the Nevada County Department of Environmental Health (NCDEH). We are able to accommodate caterers, private chefs, food producers, food trucks, and culinary educators.
Members enjoy many amenities including 24/7 kitchen access, event opportunities, optional business advertising support, and a kitchen management team that genuinely supports your success.
