Thank you for your interest in participating in our annual Alta Sierra  Craft Fair. We welcome vendors selling handmade items and original works of art. Please read the terms, and complete this form for review. You will be notified via email if your application is accepted, so be sure to check your email daily. Vendor fees will be due immediately if you are accepted.
1. Outdoor event, rain or shine. Fees will not be returned due to inclement weather of Acts of God.
2. High-quality and well-rounded variety of vendors. Organizers reserve the right to refuse applications.
3. Vendors do not have exclusivity on any one product.
4. All vendors must be operational by 8.45am, for the event start time of 9.00am. Vendors must operate for the full duration of the event, right up until 2.00pm. No early breakdown allowed. Violations are subject to participation refusal for future events.
5. All vendor merchandise must be approved through this application process. Requests to sell additional products must be made by contacting organizers. Only items pre-approved can be sold or displayed. Violations will result in cancellation of vendor contract and forfeiture of vending booth and all associated fees.
6. 10'x10' booth space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and canopy. Canopies are REQUIRED to have a minimum 40lb weights per corner (just pickup 8 cinder blocks and rope; no need for fancy weights). Canopy sidewalls & rain tarp are recommended.
7. No animals are allowed in the vendor booths.
8. Absolutely no alcohol, smoking, or recreational drug use permitted on the event premises.Violators will be immediately removed from the event. Vendor forfeits fees.
9. Food Vendors must present a valid County or State Food Operator Permit.
10. If you require electricity, you may bring a quiet generator.
11. Restrooms will be available.
12. Booth assignments will be issued upon arrival.
13. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar items.
14. No refunds. If you must withdraw, email us right away. No Tell, No Show may result in permanent vendor ban at future events.
15. In the event that a vendor for any reason does not comply with regulations of this event, the event staff reserves the right to close down that vendor. Said vendor will forfeit all fees.
