Membership at Prep Commissary Kitchen (PCK) is designed for occasional, part time, or full time caterers, private chefs, food production companies, food trucks, and culinary educators. The Nevada County Department of Environmental Health (NCDEH) allows the following permits at PCK. Click the respective permit for more information and to access the application.
