Event Policies:
1. Indoor/outdoor event, rain or shine. Fees will not be refunded due to inclement weather or Acts of God. Accommodations will not be made to move outdoor booths inside.
2. Outdoor booths are encouraged to have a pop-up canopy with sidewalls and additional rain guard. 40lb weights for EACH leg are required.
3. Booth setup begins on Friday, 2 - 5pm, and again on Saturday at 7.30am. You may set-up both days or only Saturday.
4. Vendors must be booth-ready by 9.45am.
5. Vendors must operate for the full duration of the event, right up to 4.00pm. Early breakdown will result in forfeiture of your vendor fee. Violators are subject to participation refusal for future events.
6. Only vendors with unique, high-quality products will be considered. Be sure to submit clear, high-quality photos.
7. Vendors do not have exclusivity on any one product.
8. Organizers reserve the right to refuse applications and limit the number of vendors in each category.
9. All vendor merchandise must be approved through this application process. Only pre-approved items can be sold or displayed. Violators will be asked to remove unapproved items from displays, or risk dismissal from the event resulting in forfeiture of fees.
10. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and display racks. Indoor booths will be provided the number of chairs requested in the correlating section below.
11. No animals permitted in vendor booths with the exception of service animals.
12. Absolutely no outside alcohol, smoking, or recreational drug use permitted on the event premises. Violators will be immediately removed from the event resulting in forfeiture of fees.
13. Approved Food Vendors must present a valid Nevada County Food Operator Permit.
14. Restrooms will be available.
15. Vendors will have access to complimentary coffee and water in the restaurant.
16. Booth assignments and site map will be provided the week of the event.
17. Vendors must be 18 or older. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian/parent for the ENTIRE duration of setup, event hours, and teardown.
18. No refunds, no transfers. If you must withdraw, email us right away: aloha@prep-kitchen.com
19. Withdrawal results in forfeiture of your booth space and related fees. If you choose to reapply and are accepted, you must submit new fees.
20. In the event that a vendor for any reason does not comply with policies of this event, Organizers reserve the right to close down that vendor booth. Vendor forfeits all fees
21. We host a raffle drawing every 30 mins and request a donation for our prize pool. If you are able to make a donation, please be sure to include your business card. Donation is optional.
22. We advertise all across Northern California Facebook groups, NextDoor, The Union Paper, KNCO & KVMR radio stations, YubaNet, hang fliers in window shops, and hang signs around the community. Our event also relies on you to share the fliers and repost on your social media.
